(Mclaren Vale, SA)The 2004 vintage won the world cup of Australian wine – the Jimmy Watson Trophy. The 2000 is built in a similar vein, emphasising the classic tarry Mclaren Vale fruit, but also with some seriously ageworthy tannins.
