The answer to that is quite simple - in the world of budget wine, few varieties can attain the ripe, peach & pear juicy fruit heights that Verdelho can. Until Viognier becomes more widely planted, Verdelho will carry the mantle as the budget ‘Tropical Juice King’.Suitably, this is a quite robust, full flavoured Verdelho, with loads of flavour with a judicious splash hint of sweetness.
