Adelaide Hills, SAThe Adelaide Hills produces some of the finest Chardonnays in Australia and this is no exception. Whilst this isn’t a Chardonnay, the quality of it is astounding. You certainly get a lot for only .95!Aged in French oak, it displays clean tropical fruit aromas, leading to a soft, yet full bodied creamy palate, with well balanced integrated oak. Truly a great find.A delight to drink now, but if you prefer aged whites, you can cellar this for about 3 years.

The vintage itself also contributes to the strength of this white, with early season cool weather helping the acid development & a burst of heat in late January leading to healthy, full flavoured ripe & delicious grapes.Typically complex and involving in style, this Chardonnay has a big, rich nose of ripe figs, vanilla and floral yeast.
